Licensed Therapist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high quality outpatient therapy services to individuals, children, and families

  • Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals with weekly consultation

Client Care Coordinator

Are you looking for a rewarding career in a supportive team environment? Ensō Mental Health, a growing counseling practice in Spearfish, SD, is seeking a compassionate and organized Client Care Coordinator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and impresses upon our clients how much they mean to us.
  • Match clients with the best therapist based on their needs.
  • Schedule appointments and help clients keep their paperwork updated, ensuring a smooth client experience.
  • Assist with data entry and ensure HIPAA compliance.
  • Handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running efficiently, including billing, coordinating services with other medical professionals, and keeping our clients engaged with meaningful social media content.

Qualifications:

    • A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to “wow” our clients with amazing service.
    • Compassionate and understanding of others, able to stay calm under pressure.
    • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
    • Punctual and dependable.
    • Comfortable working on Mac computers.
    • A clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
    • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate the internet and social media platforms.
  • Bonus points if you have:
    • Experience in a medical or healthcare office setting.
    • Knowledge of and experience with HIPAA regulations.

Clinical Director/Office Manager

Overview:

Ensō Mental Health seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Director/Office Manager. This multifaceted position requires a strong blend of clinical expertise, administrative acumen, management skills, and a passion for mental health. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of our practice, provide direct clinical care, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Clinical Duties:

  • Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision of therapists and interns, offering guidance, feedback, and support.
  • Outpatient Therapy: Maintain a small caseload of 12-15 clients per week, providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, or families.
  • Utilize an EHR to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Administrative Duties:

  • Staff Supervision: Assist with overseeing and managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • CRM Management: Utilize a CRM system to track client interactions, manage appointments, and analyze practice performance.
  • Practice Operations: Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure the smooth operation of the group practice, addressing logistical challenges and coordinating resources.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, including staff supervision.
  • Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in utilizing technology, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
