- Review: One of our Client Care Coordinators will review the information you’ve provided and match your referral with the best therapist at Ensō Mental Health to meet their needs.
- Personal Contact: One of our Client Care Coordinators will reach out within the next 24 business hours to discuss scheduling, answer any questions they have, and ensure we’re the right fit for them.
- Referral Update: You will receive an update from us, via fax, within seven business days confirming we were able to contact and/or schedule your referral. If you do not receive a faxed referral update, please let us know.
Our office hours are Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. Requests submitted outside of these hours will be addressed on the next business day.
