I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree from Florida State University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from Chadron State College. My approach to therapy is warm, direct, and interactive—I believe in meeting people with respect, compassion, and honesty
I work with adults and couples facing a variety of challenges—like anxiety, depression, relationship stress, grief, low self-esteem, past trauma, and major life transitions. Whether you’re navigating a new phase of life, feeling stuck, or simply trying to find more balance, I’m here to help you work through it. I’m especially passionate about guiding people through big life changes—things like starting college, becoming a parent, raising teens, adjusting to midlife, or caring for aging parents.
I pull from a variety of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and EMDR to create a plan that fits your unique needs. Most of all, I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic relationship and in your ability to grow and heal, and make meaningful change—even when life feels overwhelming.
Outside of the office, I’m married with a blended family. I love spending time outdoors and being with family and friends. I know life can be incredibly hard, but with the right support, positive change is always possible.
