Hi, I’m Jess, your dedicated Client Care Coordinator here at Ensō Mental Health, and I’m a Black Hills native.

Growing up surrounded by the beauty of this region, I developed a deep appreciation for community and well-being. I followed my passion for health and movement at Black Hills State University right here in Spearfish, South Dakota, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in Outdoor Education in 2019. Outside of work, I wholeheartedly embrace the outdoor lifestyle the Black Hills offers.

In my free time, you’ll likely find me exploring hiking trails, setting up camp in scenic spots, or participating in bike races. With an adventurous spirit and a genuine desire to connect with others, I’m thrilled to be part of the Ensō Mental Health team. I’m always planning my next adventure, and I look forward to supporting you!
