Welcome to Ensō Mental Health! I have been working as an outpatient therapist here since 2022.

I achieved my MS degree in Clinical/Mental Health from South Dakota State University and hold an LPC-MH licensure through the South Dakota Board of Counselors. I am also a nationally certified counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors.

As a therapist, I work with individuals ranging from ages 18 and up. I provide services for individuals, couples, and families.

My therapeutic approaches incorporate a wide array of modalities, such as Person Centered Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Gottman Method, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Trauma Informed Supportive Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Ultimately, I strive to offer a person-centered approach to therapy that is strength based and unique to each client. Whether you are new to therapy or returning to continue your therapeutic work, I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to walk beside you on your journey toward self fulfillment. By partnering together, I believe we can explore ways to embrace positive change, improve your relationships, and empower you to become the best version of yourself.

If you are ready to prioritize your mental health and overall well-being, please reach out by phone or through email. I am looking forward to meeting you!

Client Feedback

She was a great fit and I am glad that I got her as my counselor. She knew how to get me better then I was and I will use what she told me in the rest of my life.

I had a wonderful experience with Heather and the practice as a whole. The staff were kind and professional, scheduling was easy, and appointments were always reliable. Heather listened attentively, offered thoughtful feedback, and provided exactly the kind of support I needed during a difficult life transition. I am very grateful for her care and highly recommend her.
