Overview:
Ensō Mental Health seeks a dynamic and experienced individual to fill the role of Clinical Director/Office Manager. This multifaceted position requires a strong blend of clinical expertise, administrative acumen, management skills, and a passion for mental health. The ideal candidate will oversee the smooth operation of our practice, provide direct clinical care, and contribute to the overall growth of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:
- Clinical Supervision: Provide clinical supervision of therapists and interns, offering guidance, feedback, and support.
- Outpatient Therapy: Maintain a small caseload of 12-15 clients per week, providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, couples, or families.
- Utilize an EHR to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Administrative Duties:
- Staff Supervision: Assist with overseeing and managing administrative staff, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- CRM Management: Utilize a CRM system to track client interactions, manage appointments, and analyze practice performance.
- Practice Operations: Work collaboratively with the entire team to ensure the smooth operation of the group practice, addressing logistical challenges and coordinating resources.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHC, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, including staff supervision.
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses, treatment modalities, and ethical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
