Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations and impresses upon our clients how much they mean to us.
- Match clients with the best therapist based on their needs.
- Schedule appointments and help clients keep their paperwork updated, ensuring a smooth client experience.
- Assist with data entry and ensure HIPAA compliance.
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks to keep our office running efficiently, including billing, coordinating services with other medical professionals, and keeping our clients engaged with meaningful social media content.
Qualifications:

- A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to “wow” our clients with amazing service.
- Compassionate and understanding of others, able to stay calm under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Punctual and dependable.
- Comfortable working on Mac computers.
- A clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate the internet and social media platforms.
- Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a medical or healthcare office setting.
- Knowledge of and experience with HIPAA regulations.
- Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

- Flexible hours, within our normal business hours of Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm, and Fridays, 8 am-3 pm (no weekends or evenings!).
