I graduated with my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at SDSU in 2023, after completing my internship at Enso Mental Health. When I am not working, I spend my time with my significant other and our three dogs. I love to travel, fish, garden, and explore the outdoors. I strongly believe in the power of relationships with animals and nature, which influences my therapeutic approach.
I am passionate about working with individuals and couples going through transition periods, coping with trauma and loss, wanting to improve communication and relationship satisfaction, as well as those looking to improve their relationship with body image and food. I also have experience working with substance use issues which often cohabitate with mental and emotional issues.
I value a holistic approach to counseling and will consider all aspects of a person in our work together. I am committed to providing a safe and judgment free space to reflect and grow through all of life’s experiences.
